Kristen Bagley

A native of the Beehive State and well-established real estate professional with Summit
Sotheby’s International Realty, Kristen Bagley is passionate about connecting her clients with
their perfect home and Utah lifestyle. Kristen was born and raised in Salt Lake City and
attended college at the University of Utah, graduating with a degree in Communications and
Public Relations. After college, she and her husband moved to Tallahassee where Kristen
worked in PR for a local hospital for several years. Eventually, missing the connection of
extended family members back home, they returned to Utah and settled in Lehi to raise their
growing family.

Kristen has been practicing real estate since 2013. Prior to that she volunteered with two
HOA’s, where she managed a historic property near the University of Utah and oversaw the
renovation of this notable and significant residence. After those hands-on experiences,
choosing a career in real estate was a natural choice for Kristen. She had developed an early
passion for homes and architecture as a child while listening to her parents tell the history of
local communities, viewing restored historical buildings and touring properties with the Utah
Heritage Foundation. Because of this, Kristen developed a deep appreciation for quality
craftsmanship, timeless architecture, and the unique stories that each home told.

As a native Utahn raised in Cottonwood Heights and a current resident of Lehi, Kristen is
intimately knowledgeable about the many communities along the Wasatch Front and Wasatch
Back. Kristen witnessed firsthand the early growth and development of the Wasatch Back,
contributing to her deep understanding into the unique dynamics of Utah’s economy, rapid
growth, and competitive housing market. In 2019, Kristen joined Summit Sotheby’s
International Realty after seeking a brokerage that offered the best in leadership, reputation,
credibility, and services to help grow her business. Summit SIR is Utah’s only real estate
brokerage with full service, in-house teams specializing in professional marketing and
advertising, transaction management, legal, photography/videography and more.

professional teams at Summit SIR, Kristen is able to devote her full attention to her clients, their
housing needs and real estate goals. She is committed to guiding her clients through each step
of the transaction, knowledgeable in her role as a trusted resource and advocate. Over the
years, Kristen has found that the keys to success with her line of work are impeccable
organization paired with fluid and honest communication. Kristen has received both her ABR
Accredited Buyer’s Agent certification as well as her SRES Senior Real Estate Specialist
certification, and consistently ranks in the top-producing agent tier at Summit SIR. Kristen is
also a board member of her local Residential Real Estate Committee.

Kristen and her husband live in the heart of Utah’s Silicon Slopes. They have four wonderful
children together, three daughters and one son. When she’s not working, Kristen enjoys
traveling the world to experience other cultures, reading, spending time outside, and relaxing
with her friends and family in the beautiful state she’s grateful to call home.
